Nectar Cottage is a self-catering house that sleeps 8 persons and is fully equipped – a home away from home without the hassles! Expect to find lots of games, books and music for your use. Besides a comfy lounge and dining area, there is a spacious well-equipped kitchen and various terraces. There are two upstairs bedrooms: the master bedroom with en-suite, private lounge area and private terrace; and a twin bedroom with private toilet. Downstairs are a further two bedrooms (twins or double) both with separate entrances and terrace and a shared downstairs bathroom. There is another warm outside shower for after visits to the beach. Nectar has a large private garden (parking off road) that is less than 100 metres from the beach. In the garden there is a BBQ/braai area which is suitable in both summer and winter and inside the house a fireplace for those cooler evenings. Cleaning service is available on request.

Nature’s Valley offers a myriad of activities in the area such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking (some of SA’s best trails), cycling, birding, whale watching, diving, fishing, sailing, cruising, paragliding, parasailing, micro lighting, abseiling, and bungee jumping (the highest in the world, a breathtaking 216 metres for a full 7 seconds). Within a 15-minute drive are numerous parks and resorts: Monkeyland, Birds of Eden, Tenikwa Wild Cat sanctuary, and the Elephant Park to name a few. Next door to Nature's Valley is Stormsriver with its rugged coast, swing bridges and outdoor activities. Plettenberg Bay, South Africa's foremost nightlife town with its 130 restaurants is just 30 km away and 40 km further you have the bustling town of Knysna. North of Nature's Valley is Oudtshoorn with the world-famous Cango Caves and ostriches and the diverse wine region of Route 62. This is truly an area where you can idly watch whales and dolphins while lazing on the quiet beach or venture out for a new experience every day.

Normas de pagos: 20% deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit reverts to a breakage deposit and is refunded after departure. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment in Euros or Rands (European and South African account for transfers). Paypal payments also accepted.

Normas: Pets allowed but please note that there is zero tolerance for unruly dogs who chase wildlife. R 80 or EUR 8 one-off fee for dogs.
Nectar stocks firewood on site(for BBQ and fireplace) at EUR 1 or Rand 10 per basket.
